What is your return policy?

Can you use it in bed?

Yes, it can be used in bed—the massage, heating, EMS, and acupressure functions will work in bed as well. However, the stretching technology won't work as it requires a hard surface. If lying on the floor is difficult for you, you can use a blanket to make the surface softer. This way, the stretching technology will still function effectively.

Can I use it if I have a fused neck?

It’s generally recommended to avoid stretching and massage for six months following neck fusion surgery. Therefore, if you’ve had neck fusion surgery within the last six months, we do not recommend using the Ergocare Massager as your neck is still recovering. If it has been more than six months, you can safely use the Ergocare Massager.
